Welcome to Cleaninder. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cleaninder mobile application ("App") provided by Zoltan Daniel Torok, ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may create, manage, and store data such as cleaning schedules, room details, or supply lists within the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it solely to operate and improve the App.
You agree not to upload or share any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
The App and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written permission.
If Cleaninder offers premium features or subscriptions, all billing is handled through the Apple App Store. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable pricing and terms before making a purchase.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful way. You may also stop using the App at any time.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the “Effective Date” above or through the App. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
